The Heartland Leader is responsible for the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of the memory support neighborhood resident services, including health services and activities, at the community. Responsible for communicating and upholding the “person-centered” approach as it relates to caregiving and programming.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or one to three years related experience and/or training in working with the Alzheimer’s population; or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience.
Licenses: Assisted Living Activities certification, if required by State. LPN or similar healthcare designation.
Must be in possession of, or have the ability to obtain, a valid state driver’s license.
Travel may be required as needed
