We are currently seeking a Maintenance Director II. This position directly supervises 2 – 4 full time associates in the Housekeeping and/or the Maintenance Departments as applicable and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Includes overseeing the supervision of contractors. Supervises, coordinates and performs maintenance and repairs of the physical structures of buildings and grounds. Performs preventive maintenance according to Elmcroft Policy and Procedure Manual and the Total Equipment Lifecycle System (TELS) program.
